Awoke to overcast skies and mod temp.  Breakfast at the hotel.  On bus to go to Koala Park.  We see kangaroos and close up Koalas and dingoes and even more animals.  This park is not up to very high standards  We had read reviews on it and it probably should be shut down.  We are bussed around Sydney to see the sights, it took us to some places we had not been before.  Back at the hotel we take a walk about and find every store is closed and the streets are empty.  Australians still follow the old ways of closing everything down on Good Friday.  Phyl and Ray pick us up for one last hurrah.  We drive over to the south beaches of Sydney.  We are on the south side of the Gap, the entrance to the harbor.  We visited the north side of the Gap earlier.  We take the trail up along the shore and see the ocean pounding on the high sandstone cliffs below.  Our restaurant is Doyles and it sits right on the beach with table 5 feet from the sand.  The small sailboats bob in the Bay with ferries darting in and out. We see a cruise ship leave the port.  The sun comes out for a glorious sunset making a silhouette of the city skyline and bridge.   Nice dinner of all sorts of seafood.  A coffee at our hotel and its time to part.  A fond farewell to the Knights, it’s been a great reunion with hopes of meeting again.  Last day in Sydney tomorrow. Today is the halfway point for our tour.
